Fine Ready Knafeh Mix Instructions

1. Defrost the fine knafeh ready mix 2 hours before use.

2. Pour entire Ready Fine Knafeh Mix in a bowl.  Use fingers to break sticky dough pieces into fine pieces.

3. Use 2 tablespoons of Ghee and evenly grease 11-inch aluminum or copper pan.

4. Spread and press the Ready Fine Knafeh Mix evenly (up to ½ inch).

5. Spread sweet cheese (sold separately), after draining it and squeezing all the liquid out, evenly, leaving a ½ inch border around the edge uncovered.

6. Bake the knafeh in the oven.

7. Flip the content over a platter.  Pour hot syrup and add ground unsalted raw pistachio as desired.
